Print and complete the submission form with the animal’s identification. Do this before collecting the sample.
Step 04
Collect the sample
Horses: pull 20 to 40 hair roots with the bulb and stick them in the marked area of the form. Dogs and cats: use a gentle cheek swab and place it with the form in a clean envelope.
Step 05
Send it to the laboratory
Dispatch by regular mail, together with the completed form, to the address below.
Step 06
Receive the report
Your official certified report is issued as soon as the analysis is validated and sent securely by e-mail.
