Equigerminal SARS-CoV-2 testing presented their strengths by obtaining 0 penalty points in the 'QCMD 2020 Coronavirus Outbreak Preparedness EQA Pilot Study (CVOP20)'

Only ~7% of laboratories, including our lab, have correctly reported samples positive for other coronaviruses different from SARS-CoV-2. 406 laboratories from 38 countries have participated in this EQA pilot study.
