After payment confirmation, receive instructions for hair root collection and a printable submission form.

Collect Hair Roots
Pluck hair roots, tape them on the submission form, place it in an envelope or sealed plastic bag.

Send Samples
Send to our lab by regular mail or express delivery to: Equigerminal Lab, HIESE, Rua da Quinta do Sobreiro Nº25, 3230-343 Penela, Portugal.

Receive Results
